This clock shop showcases Howard Miller and other new brands as well as German Cuckoo, antique tall case, mantel and wall clocks. A large range of new and vintage wrist watches is also offered. Beyond clocks, the shop serves as an antique mall as well. There is a sumptuous range of antique furniture and artifacts on sale from different dealers. This is an ideal store to find an original gift. Pieces are taken on consignment.

Rip off arists!!!

AWESOME SERVICE

Had Bobs clock shop come to my house to service our grandfather clock. Great job from Bob and one of his service tech did. Cleaned the glass polished the wood, and even covered up some scratches. A real A+++ job. Thank you Bob for the great job! Thelma

Lost my clock!!!!!!

Brought my clock for repair 8 months ago, ( said it would be 1 month) now they say they cant find my clock. Bob refuses to answer the phone. Im out 2000 dollars and no one will give me the time of day at thier buisness. Now i have to deal with the courts. Stay away from this place if you value your clocks!

Unreliable and Unprofessional

We ordered a clock (were told it was in stock) on December 20, 2006. Today is February 15, 2007 and we STILL have not received the order. When calling Bob's Clock Shop and telling them of the situation we did not even hear an "I am sorry". All that was said was "I will check with Bob when he get's back today". If you are looking for reliability you might think twice before ordering from this company.

Clock repair

Shop is honest in its assesments and punctual in its delivery of the finished product. I found their courtesy and forthrightness to be very professional and highly refreshing. They instill customer loyalty after only one visit.
