Description

Cowabunga, dude! This is where the real local San Diego surfers come to buy their boards and almost everything else a surfer could need. New and used surfboards are this shop's mainstays but it offers repairs and rentals, too. The owners also offer the latest in surf wear, wax, wet suits, shoes and accessories. Name brands such as Quick Silver, Duffs, K2, Toobs and Counter Culture line the shelves with a full line of both men's and women's clothing. Hang ten and chill - this is the place for the serious (and just wanna-be) wave chasers!

The Best Ocean Beach has to offer

The new Ocean Beach Surf and Skate Shop is awesome. There is a half pipe inside the store and a huge selection of surf and skateboards. I bought a Surftech SUP there and wetsuit. The staff was super friendly and great with all the questions I had for them. I will definitely be back when I need some more stuff.

There's better.

The stock is limited. I have a gift card and couldn't find a thing in there I wanted to buy. The staff seems knowledgeable, but still has the too cool for school attitude.

Blows the competition out of the water!

Best Surfshop in town by far! Every one who works there was great and very helpful.I realy liked that they had two stores back to back. One for surfers and one for skateboarder. All the ramps an half pipes that are one site and were allowed to skate was awesome!

Best Surf/Skate shop around, took a lesson, it was amazing, my teacher was great! also bought a skateboard deck and a Sector Nine deck, good deals, everyone is soooo friendly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Don't EVER go there!!

The kids surf camp is unsafe! The kids are not properly supervised by the teenage staff. The ratio is too high. If you sell a board there on consignment, they don't give you your money for months after it is sold. In order to get your money you have to work really, really hard! BEWARE!!!

Great place,top shelf service,super atmosphere!Purchased short gun,cover,&wetsuit for my youngest son,while visiting my oldest son who lived in O.B. 98-2000!
