Bajio Mexican Grill, Provo

First time there tonight (8pm) with my wife and kid - I don't like to be negative but holy cow - there was no one in the line and it took 15 minutes to get our food, the server didn't even speak English, the food was cold and to top it off as we were eating one of the employees took the trash out the front door and dripped juices all over the main dining floor... first time there, bad experience, food was blah, never going back... The whole time I kept thinking I would have been better off at Cafe Rio!

Fresh ingredients put together right in front of you. I love the taquitos , but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Favorite place to eat in town. I go there quite often. The Flauta Bajio Salad is my absolute favorite thing to eat. Lettuce, rice (either sweet or mexican), choice of meat, corn, onions, guac, sour cream, tortillia chips, all inside of a large soft flour tortilla with a creamy ranch tomatillo dressing. Absolutely amazing.

It is definitely a different experience. Very enjoyable in taste and atmosphere. I wouldn't say it is expensive, compared to a 6 dollar subway/hogi yogi sandwich. Its amazing how they make your food, your food will come out more sloppy than a mcdonalds bigmac... The workers just slop it all together, and then you eat it... However it is SOOOO good! Every possible combination of food, is very good, the ingredients mesh well with each other, and a customer can never go wrong. You can stay and eat or get it to go. wonderful food!
