Ellis Street, Pasadena

Flanked by huge trees on both sides, Ellis Street is a hub of activity in downtown Pasadena. It has several shopping destinations and other edifices in its neighborhood. The Ellis Street is the venue for the annual Tournament of Roses, a festival that welcomes the new year with floral floats, high spirited bands and hordes of people. The street is full to its capacity on the New Years Day when the citizens of Pasadena and tourists come together to celebrate the first day of the year.
