You get what you pay for

I thought the ride was a good deal--it was the cheapest in town. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the ride. My friends and I were disappointed with the unprofessional treatment by one of the staff members. That ruined the excitement we had about the ride, esp since this was to celebrate my birthday. To make matters worse, one of the guides spent half the ride chatting on the cell phone rather than focusing attention on the group. One of the riders almost got bucked from the horse. In addition, a person in my group was thrown from the horse. (Luckily not seriously injured.) However the way the staff handled the situation was not good.
Needless to say, the ride was not fun. I do not recommend it to others. It was not worth my time or money. I've been on other guided tours before, and had fun on them. This was not the case. You get what you pay for.
