Hollywood Park Racetrack
Hollywood Park Racetrack is located just three miles from LAX and features horse racing. It was opened by Jack Warner of Warner Brothers fame in 1938 and included shareholders such as Al Jolson, Bing Crosby, Joan Blondell and Walt Disney. The racetrack has been through a lot including a fire in 1949, but it is still a place where Los Angelenos can enjoy a day or evening with a beer and a dream of winning some money. Check website for the schedule.

Is warner brother thinking of putting studios there in the future? Or is this place could be sold for possible playground like baseball park or football park plus racing?
I like to see the place bring more revenues in the future. It is just a waste as I see it. Don't you think so?
