Description

Featuring rotating collections of fine art, this museum is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon. There are plenty of interesting exhibits, and many often go beyond your basic art into the realms of science and children's exhibits. You can make a night of it, too, if you are there for the beer garden and crafts exhibit. This is fun and educational entertainment for the whole family. General admission is $4, senior citizens & students with a valid ID card $3, and children aged 6 to 12 $1. Children under the age of 6 are allowed in for free. All admissions are $2 on the first Thursday of evey month from 4p-8p.

Worth the 4 bucks to see a \"No-Caster\" up close.
By Dave, 3/31/09
Although it is a small exhibit, it does have a few substantial items; such as a 54 Strat, a "no-caster" tele (of which I have never seen up close) and my personal favorite, the original wire telegram from Gretsch requesting Fender stop the using Broadcaster name on the teles. If your a Fender fan, paying 4 bucks is worth the money to check out this exhibit. I mean, where else are you going to be so close to such vintage and rare guitars. I really enjoyed it.

Eh...

It was a cool place to visit, but not the best place to take kids. The pictures were fascinating, and they change them pretty often, however some of the descriptions are lacking in information. The kids favortie place was the gift shop, which had a lot of cool stuff.
