Sherman Oaks Newsstand
Since the 1940s, this Valley newsstand has been successfully providing periodicals to the wide variety of people who live in and visit this extremely busy section of town. Apart from the usual extensive newsstand selection of newspapers and magazines, this place is known for having a particularly fine collection of sports and racing magazines. Even met the owner who seemed generally a nice guy. He made a few suggestions, and I found everything I was looking for. I would highly recommend this business as well as the Pita Kitchen resturant next door for food.
