Harry Harris Shoes, Beverly Hills

My child was walking funny and it was because the shoes I purchased somewhere else were the wrong size. I received great service and they match the price of shoes found elsewhere. They also have a nice selection of shoes.

Definitely give personal service. Large selection. More $$ than buying online or in a dept store, but my kid got great-fitting shoes. I had bought three other pairs of sneakers that my 2 yr old would not wear. The sales person watched him walk and recommended a pair that she thought would fit. They worked! The ones that worked were not the most expensive, but were the best ones for him. I only shop for his shoes here for that reason and have not been disappointed. Ask them to show you how much sand can get stuck under the sole of your toddler's sneaker!!

I took my son here a month ago whilst on vacation. The sales person brought out several pairs to try on..we were happy with the selection and with the entire sales process. Before we went to Harry Harris, we stopped at the nearby Nordstrom. The sales people were very busy...talking with each other. Next time we are in town...Harry Harris will get our business.

For those of you who have read the prior reviews it should be obvious that these were not written by serious customers but rather by the owner of Harry Harris Shoes. What customer would discuss salary of employess that they dont even know? If the employees at the Sherman Oaks Brooks Shoes for Kids were so bad at the time of one of the posts how come Mr. Harris asked 3 or 4 of the employees from that store to come and work for him? Mr. Harris is bitter that Brooks Shoes for Kids has a beautiful store next to his in Beverly Hills and is resorting to childish and below the belt tactics to sway customer opionions. Brooks Shoes for Kids has beautiful stores with wonderful merchandise that is displayed nicely and is priced. Brooks Shoes for Kids looks forward to providing you with more shopping options in the valley when it opens a store on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks in late 2007.

I have shopped at Brooks and I got the worst experience in my life. The sales associates did not fit my child and just stood around so I decided to try out this place which was recommended to me by my son's doctor. I went to the Santa Monica store and got the best service. The staff is amazing and they fit the child with ease and jokes. They will also special order a shoe if it can be ordered from the manufacturer. This store is amazing and a gem in the city of Angels.

I came to your store for my first time last week. I bought my child 1st step walkers. Your salesman insisted he was giving my daughter the right size. I bought the shoes, but thought there was something wrong. They were too small & my child got a blister. Next time I will go with my gut and take my buisness to Brooks Shoes!
