Remodeled in recent years, Mint, the long-time haven for blues enthusiasts is going stronger than ever. It features great music seven nights a week. Food is available, but most focus on the stage talent and the drinks, which are served from an attractive bar. Sometimes crowded on weekends depending on the featured act, this place usually has enough room for anyone to drop by and still find a table close to the musicians.

best small plates in Los Angeles
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/17/05
the food is stunning. spicy big flavors. not tiny portions but small enough that my date and i ordered 5 things through the evening.. sound is good.. although some bands are to loud. staff was very nice.. professional but casual. is dark and romantic and once again... the food by Matthew Gladstone rivals anything in the city
