Little Rock Tours, Little Rock

We booked one of Little Rock Tours Razorback game packages. The whole booking experience was awesome. The people are friendly and act like they actually care about you. The Sugar Bowl game tickets were great for what we paid for the package--we were around the 30 yard line. We opted for the economy package (they offered higher end packages with luxury hotels or an economy package with budget hotel). While the hotel wasn't the Ritz -it was definitely clean and nice enough for two nights. I wouldn't expect more since we opted for the economy package--I know the more expensive package was in a luxury hotel. I got what I paid for and will most definitely do a Hogs game with them again. They really, really take the hassle out of driving, parking, and getting tickets. It is well worth the money to do this for any football game. I will definitely be back for the next Bowl game.

We went to the sugar bowl with Little Rock Tours. The bus ride there was WONDEFUL, I can not praise our driver, Bernie, and Rene Boop, our guide, more. They were concerned about the traveller's comfort and took great care of us. Since it was a football excursion, Rene played fun music and videos for us and encourage spirit things like "calling the hogs" I would ride with them anywhere. The ride back was good, but the bus was hot because of a problem with the a/c, however, again, Rene and our driver offered unscheduled stops and did the very best they could. I'd still ride with them anywhere. :) The things that went wrong and maybe could have been planned better are the following: 1. Shuttles to and from Canal Street were not timely. Many of us waited a very long time for the buses (over an hour if you just missed the one before) and while I understand traffic was bad (that's why we didn't want to drive ourselves) after the first shuttle delay, planning could have been MUCH better. 2. The hotel was HORRID!!!!!!!. I can't blame the tour group for that, except to say that better screening of where they place their guests would have avoided us spending 2 nights in a hotel who's moldy stench was unpalatable, not to mention that I didn't have hot water the first morning...actually no one did. I would have liked to have been closer to some shopping and restaurants. Overall, the tour was good. We got to the game (unfortunately we lost) on time. The buses were parked in a different place then expected for pick up, but we found them. Little Rock tours is a good group of folks to travel with...just in the future, please review hotels better.

Tour bus coach drivers are expected to be courteous friendly and safe. Your driver, Carl Bostic, did far more than that. He was an important part of our trip! His enthusiasm was outstanding. Talk about the perfect servant--- Carl had to help about 15 of us who had never had lobster before and Carl helped each of us. (Thanks, Carl.) This is a wonderful person. Thank you for having him. I had to handle the contract side of booking a few buses for my employer with this tour company. The staff I worked with was not cooperative for any reasonable requests. I would not recommend this company to anyone booking a major tour.

I was surprised at this tour. I went along with some friends who dragged me along and it was very funny, and interesting. I must say the jokes made the tour that much better. The best part was the tour guide, she was totally hot. Ask for the blonde tour guide (i think its her tour company) and you'll be too busy looking at her to even think about the scenery of Little Rock.

The tour was entertaining and well-worth the money. I saw things I probably wouldn't have seen because many of the sites were so far-flung. The tour guide was entertaining, the bus was comfortable and ON TIME, and it was presented in an extremely memorable manner. The most touching stop for me was Little Rock Central High School. I'm so glad I took this tour.

I had my doubts about how fun a tour of "Little Rock, AR" could be. I suppose I expected a hillbilly encounter, but my husband and I had a blast!! Even our kids enjoyed the ride. I never knew Little Rock had so much interesting history. Their comical blend of video accompanied with emotional news footage made the tour hit very close to home. I remember watching the Central High news footage years and years ago. Their guides where very entertaining and informative, so much so that we plan to take the tour again after the opening of the Clinton Library.

This was by far the best sightseeing tour I've ever been on and I've traveled around the world. If you only do one thing in Little Rock, this is it!
