Top notch service!

We walked in for a repair on a loose setting and were immediately welcomed. The jeweler was in-house and helped us right away. The setting was repaired and the item cleaned in less than 10 minutes while we waited. Phenomenal service!

My husband bought me a Caerleon ring for Christmas. The stone was not set just right. When we walked in we were greated by 2 or 3 people. The sales girl & the wonderful man from Spain( I did not catch his name) bent over backwards to help us. Then we spent time looking at other stones for my ring & maked a wish list.

Best service in town!!!

I think this is the best place in Little Rock for your jewelry needs. The sales staff at Jones and Son are genuine and a pleasure to work with. I was suprised by how quickly I got my rings sized.(THE SAME DAY!!!) I was impressed by their large selection of jewelry with brands like Tacori, Gelin Abaci, Star Dust, Caerleon, and Alwan Vahan among others. Their web site is awesome! Check it out.
