Baja's Frontier Tours

Description

This company is packed and ready to take tourists on three- to nine-day package tours. Guides take visitors into different scenic parts of Mexico, mostly the Copper Canyon area of Chihuahua, and Oaxaca. Its most popular package is the passenger van trip to Baja California to see the natural wonders of the peninsula's deserts and oceans. More affordable is the Tucson city cultural tour, which focuses on the murals of the Barrio Historico.

Copper Canyon trip 2010 very disappointing
By jkaands, 5/30/12
We were in a group of 18, which quickly former cliques for dinner that excluded us and some others. We had to eat at the same restaurants as the cliques but were excluded. The leaders disappeared and ate with the experts they had brought along. I will never travel with Baja Frontier Tours again. We are going to visit archeological sites in Mexico this October. The leader meets at 6:30 every night with anyone who wants to eat with her. This is a far better arrangement.

The Baja Tour was Fun!
By Bob, 3/8/07
From our first meeting with Mary and Pete, we began learning about the Baja...the plants, birds, whales and most of all the wonderful people. Our hotel accomodations were excellent and the food, especially the fish, was superb. The whale watching was the adventure of a life time. Mary and Pete are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were very fortunate to be able to have them for guides.
