This oasis is tucked away in Tlaquepaque Village and specializes in innovative breakfast and luncheon fare. Among the organic and pesticide-free selections, you will find a morning quiche bar, Foccacia French Toast, Baked Brie and Artichoke Salad, "Secret" Shrimp Samba (with coconut and red curry marinated shrimp and sizzled ginger noodles) and a Twice-Baked Goat Cheese Souffle with braised figs and pecans. Diners enjoy meals in a garden setting, replete with flourishing foliage, sculptures and comfortable furnishings. The cafe features jazz music on weekends.
The food is what you would expect from a cafe in Sedona - fresh and delicious with an inspired twist to most dishes. If you go in the warmer months, make sure to sit outside and enjoy the patio; it is a tranquil setting in a busy shopping area.
The staff was great, and dog friendly, as the outdoor patio is not inclosed. They also informed and directed me to the creek across the street as so I could let the dog swim a bit. Breakfast was excellent and my dog Spooky was served two pieces of bacon, boy was she happy!
