Rawhide at Wild Horse Pass, Chandler

Nothing much for adults other than watching the joy on your young kids faces. My 3 year old LOVED the cowboys and the little wild west shows they put on. He was given a free cowboy hat and bandana at the gate. The staff is wonderful with kids and will stop to say hi, petting zoo, cute playground, train ride and stage coach rides. As we drove away my little one said " Mom , I had a great time today!" Worth every penny to me to hear that!!!

I took a friend here for dinner. What a horrible place. Service was slow and rude. BOTH of our steaks were over cooked and when we said something...the staff was like "Oh that's how we cook it." TERRIBLE. The potatoes were steamed and gross. The "dinner salad" was stale brownish ice burg lettece. I sent mine back, my friend was starving and picked through hers. Two ice teas and one rotten meal came to $30. NEVER go to this place.

I Have been going to Rawhide for years and love the food and the entertainment. My kids cant wait to go everytime... I read the review placed by William and can not believe he is overreacting this much! I have seen that show several times and have not heard them make that comment in over a year and even when they did it was done tastefully. I dont understand how some people cant take a joke. Hey William... get over yourself and take for what it is... Rawhide has been a staple for 40+ years and those entertainers always are repectful and make my kids feel like they are cowboys and cowgirls. You say you wont go back... good cause they dont need your type there... next time try pulling ur head out of your butt and learn how to take a joke.... Long Live Rawhide!!

I will never return to Rawhide: they insert political commentary into their shows. Either they assume that every customer is a Democrat-hating Republican, or they simply don't care. In their shows, the narrator suggests that the bad guys are Democrats, obviously so the audience will hate them more and cheer for their demise. My children were hurt to discover that our family was considered evil by these people. Thanks, Rawhide! We won't be back, and I'm telling all my Liberal friends they aren't welcome at your park.

a great place to bring the kids and show them how it was in the old west. also experience live animals of all kinds. and take them to a live rodeo bull riding where they can precipitate either by competing in a sheep scramble(they put a ribbon on some of the sheep and the kids try and get it off to win a prise} and the smaller kids enter the sheep riding( 6 and under) or the older Kids (8 and under) can try and ride a small calf. then watch as the pro's try and ride the biggest baddest bull's in AZ. it is a great experience for all ages everyone gets involved and it only cost $5.00 admission a must see event!

MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE WESTERN THEME TOWN. THERE WAS BULLRIDING, DONKEY RIDES, SHOOTOUT, AND SHOPPING AND GOOD EATS. THE GOLD PANNING WAS NOT OPEN NOR THE SUNDOWN DINNING BUT THE EXPEREINCE WAS VERY ENJOYABLE AND WE WILL GO AGAIN

There was nothing much to do ..just old time town u cant spend more than half an hour here ..I found it quite boring ...

The town is mostly for children (make sure to buy the bracelet for rides), but the children will have a blast! The adults however, will love the shops and they will especially love the Steak House. The food was great and the live band was great. The price of food was the seems like the same price that we paid everywhere but this was the best food we had all trip! We will diffently go back to visit.

I live in Scottsdale and when my mother came to visit, we took her to Rawhide. Man, it was such a waste of our time. The place was set up like an 1800's town and they had many activities to do, if you were under the age of 5. There is no admission price which is a plus, but we stayed for about an hour walking around. It was not really what I expected from the website.

I thought this place was overrated. My niece and nephew enjoyed it, but I thought it was pretty cheesy. I'm not a fan of western things so if you enjoy that sort of thing you'll probably enjoy this place.
