Awful The people Were rude very disappointed. I will spend my money some were else next time

We went on a Sat. afternoon, thinking we would take the 'tour' but after seeing the prices of animals to be stuffed, didn't bother staying. The store was dead, we were the only ones in it. The clothing for the stuffed animals all look very home made...not hand made but poorly home made. We left and went to the mall to the other bear shop...might be more commercial, but the prices of the animals were much more reasonable and the staff wonderful.

I went there with my son. They have this big bear that is dirty and my child and his friends were playing on it. This brunette woman literally yelled at my son and my friends children. We left immediately and my son was so upset about being treated that way he was having fits. I was in shock. How can you talk to a child who is not yours. Do not waste your money either. It is really overpriced and for then to treat customers this way. You should walk away.

Our Kindergarten students enjoyed our field trip here. Staff is very attentive, kind, and patient. The bears are simple and cute, and the children enjoyed taking part in their development. I'm anxious to take my grandkids.

Definitely much better than Build a Bear!! My daughter and her friend celebrated their 7th birthday here last year and they loved it! We had 19 very happy kids go home with their own stuffed animal, fully dressed and adorable! Everyone (adults and kids) loved the factory tour where we all learned how the bears were made but most all all, the kids loved picking, stuffing, grooming, showering and dressing their own stuffed animal. We wanted to try something new and I have to say that this is one of the best party places we've ever picked and believe me, we've had parties at almost every venue in the valley! If you're thinking of having a party at the other build your own bear place, I would highly recommend that you go here instead - you can't beat the value (it was so reasonable!), there's no mall crowds, and you'll be supporting a local business that's been around since the 50s. Did you know that there are only TWO companies left in the United States that manufacture stuffed bears??? Stuffington is actually the oldest! No, I don't work here and I haven't been paid - trust me! I'm just a mom who's tried every party place around and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Most importantly, the kids loved it! The only downside? It was a bit of a drive for some of our guests (we all live in N. Scottsdale) but for the most part, it was an easy drive on the 51 south and the factory is about a block off the exit. Check this place out for your next party! You will be happy you did!

Wonderful place to take children, better than the mall teddy bear factories. Friendlier non commercial environment. The staff takes the individual time with each child making the child feel they are really adopting a bear.
