Being treated like trash

My daughter was treated very poorly at your airline. I do not appreciate the way my daughter was handle on yesterday at your airline. She was made to miss her connecting flight from Houston from another airline to your airline in Phenoix to San Jose, CA; because she had to go back through security after being checked at another airline, which doesn't make since. If you just got off one plane and getting on another plane, WHY do you have to be rechecked?????
Then she goes to get another borading pass to catch another flight just to be told that she was a flight risk, and you do not need people like her on your airline. She was the only black person there. She ask the girl what did she mean, was it because she was black? The girl that claim to be the manager told her , she was going to put her name on a list where she could never fly your airline again. She also told her she would not give her a boarding pass, and would not refund her money. The young lady didn't have on a nametag which is not professional at all; and would not give her name. My daughter is an RN (traveling nurse). She was on her way to CA to work lastnight. Your company wanted her to catch an 8:00pm flight and she had to be at work for 7:00. Had she been allowed to get on the other plane; she would have had time to rest before going to work after flying eight hours, just to be treated like trash at an airline that did not want her to fly.
This was her first and last time with your airline. If you treat all your customers like this, your airline will not last long. I will send a copy of this to the president of this airline.
