Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I needed a Santa belt just a few days before Christmas because the one that we had for our custume had just broken. Because it was so close to Christmas, every Santa belt they had was sold out. A couple of the counter people bent over backwards digging through a bunch of old stuff in the back room to come up with a belt that would work for us. They did find something that worked perfectly and because it was used, sold it to me very reasonably. This told me that they cared more about customer service then they did about the money they could have made. Very impressed with this store and the quality of service.

I ordered a costume from them THEY sent me the wrong one and now not willing to correct the problem.No costume ball for me.Not enough time to order from someone else.Now vapiress has no vampire.Thanks for nothing Easley's.DON'T USE THEIR ONLINE SERVICE.

The selection of costumes is incredible! You may go with an idea of what you want, but after reviewing their costume photos, whole new ideas erupt! One word of caution - go EARLY! The place is PACKED the last week or so before Halloween!!!

If you want it they've got it! This store has things that you never even thought of - and boy, oh, boy do you think up all kinds of mischeif and fun while you are here! Wouldn't shop anywhere else for parties, fun and costumes!!! I love you guys
