Celebrity-chef Mark Tarbell expresses his creativity at his eponymous restaurant. Classic American and European-inspired cuisine is given the talented chef's special spin. A birdseye maple and cherry wood bar offsets the casually elegant dining room. A sampling of Tarbell's specialties includes: Smoked Rock Shrimp appetizer with plum tomato relish and focaccia bread (USD11); and Steamed Mussels appetizer with organic green onions and garlic beer broth (USD12; local food critics' favorite!).
