Grand Canyon Tours by Look Tours, North Las Vegas

Took the West Rim Bus Tour which turned out to be 16 hours on the bus, could have been less but two idiots from Brazil decided they were more important then the other 50 people and made us wait 1 1/2 hours in the park. The driver did his best to make a good situation out of it but we were ready to go back to Vegas. Also someone brought an infant on this tour as well, Sweets shouldn't allow someone to do that to the rest of the passengers, or the kid. We saw the west rim of the Grand Canyon so next time we'll do something else with another company, for a company that does this daily and could do it much better.

We went on the Plane, Helicopter, Boat and Bus tour to the Grand Canyon. First off they changed the time they were going to pick us up, which was probably the best part of the day; it just saved us several more hours of waiting around. We waited over an hour at the Boulder City airport, only to get on a plane, which was dirty with broken speakers, so you could hardly hear the narration. Once we arrived at the Grand Canyon we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait to board the helicopter, well it was well over two hours. We asked several times what the delay was and were given several different answers. The waiting area did not have enough chairs, so people were sitting on the floor, there were so many people waiting you had to step over people to get around. It was apparent they were overbooked. Once we boarded for the helicopter tour (only lasted about 10 minutes) we were taken to the base of the canyon for a boat trip (10 minutes)...no narration as they told us. Then we waited well over an hour to get a helicopter ride back to the top of canyon. We were never able to get on the bus portion of our tour because of all the delays. Also a meal was to be included but by this time the food was gone. There were six of us and we had no food or water for the entire day and they could have cared less. The people running the show were extremely rude! You would better off gambling away your money at the casinos. I tried to get a portion of our money back since we never got to finish the tour and they said "NO, CASE CLOSED".

We just got back from Las Vegas and took a tour of the Grand Canyon through Sweet Tours. It was fantastic. She picked us up exactly at the time specified and gave us lots of information as we drove along and things to see and learn about the area. We had lotsof time to visit the Grand Canyon taking in both sides of the Canyon - the skywalk and the more scenic view of the Canyon and finished off at a ranch. We had a beautiful bufflet lunch and drove back stopping at the Hoover Dam. I would most definitely use this tour company again. Our guide was Maria and she was fantastic!!

The first driver that picked us up @ the hotel did not greet us and never smiled all he was worried about was getting paid , first impressions are important, not impressed!! The second bus that we transfered to was smaller than the p/u bus but the driver was nicer! It was a beautiful drive and day, but not enough time at the west rim. The lunch was good, there was three diff. offers of lunch, we picked Guano Point, there was no dessert (that was offered w/the plate and no soft drinks)!! The drivers @ the terminal tranfers to diff, points were nice and lots of info. The hoover dam was disappointing!!

They did not check theweather advisory, 8 hours on the bus in a white out, Police helping everyone up the hills on the highway with dirt under the tires. When we got to the grand Canyon, the weather was reported at :12 am. Blizzaed warnings 7-9 inches of snow. I don't know how they did not check this out before we left. Trip from Hell. Asked for a refund, told us ,Well you got to the Canyon didn't you? Would not recommend to anyone, too many other tours to consider

PICKED US UP AT 6:15. BIG MESS AT THE CENTRAL POINT. LEFT LAS VEGAS AT 8:20 AM (THAT IS A LOOOONG TWO HOUR WAIT)! HAD TO CHANGE BUSES WHEN WE GOT TO THE DIRT ROAD. 20 MINUTES EACH DIRECTION. LUNCH WAS A SANDWICH. OKAY. BUT NOT GOOD. WEST RIM WAS NICE, BUT THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH LOOK TOURS. AVOID LOOK TOURS IF YOU CAN. THEY JUST ARE NOT ORGANIZED. DAVID B., TEXAS, 14 OCT 2009

While the tour itself was terrific with a very professional/knowledgeable pilot/guide I was very disappointed with Papillon. We booked a 2 1/2 hour tour - our time in the air was 1 hour 20 minutes. It seems we got 60% of what we paid for! I have contacted Papillon twice with no response. If we did a helicopter tour again it would DEFINITELY not be with Papillon - they obviously don't care about their customers concerns. Like I said beautiful sights but..........

Sweet Tours to the west rim of the grand canyon including a helicopter, boat and (indian village)bbq lunch was extremely disappointing. Very unorganized and rushed experience and not enough time allowed to complete tour on a comfortable level. high price for a very low experience..would not recommend to anyone!

The Grand Canyon was a good time but this company really messed up our reservation and we were delayed by 4 hours. The response was not positive and we were on our own to get the situation resolved.
