WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I cannot stress this to you enough, please DO NOT use this company! Our day started by being yelled at by our shuttle driver for being in the wrong location when we were exactly where we were told to be. We arrive in Boulder City and are informed our flight time has been delayed one hour with no explanation as to why this has occured. We finally take off and our flight is 20-30 minutes and a very bumpy ride. We arrive to the west rim of the Canyon and take our photos and then have to wait in a line that was probably 200 people long to catch a bus to the next location. It was 120 degrees at the Canyon on this day and our wait was 45 minuts in the blazing hot sun. We finally board a bus and are taken to the next point where we are told to eat lunch. The food, to put it mildly, was disgusting. We then have to wait another 45 minutes in the heat to get the bus back to our terminal to catch our flight back to Boulder City. We were told to be back by 4:15pm and arrived at 4pm to be safe. We had to sit in the dirty floor of the building because there were so many people waiting they had no chairs. We waited and waited and received no information about our flight. I finally tracked down one employee who came out from their closed office doors for a moment to ask what was going on. She replied it was the wind (even though all the other planes and helicopters were taking off without a problem) and that they didn't know how we would get back. We might have to take a bus, but they had none available. We had absolutely no cell service and were stranded at this place and at their mercy. We waited over two hours to finally leave and all the other employess had left us at this place with no one there but a security guard and a man that was trying to clean. Everyone else had left on flights!! When we got back to Boulder CIty I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no one available. I said that their response was not acceptable after a 7 hour trip had taken us almost 12 and I needed to speak to someone now. They finally got Andrea, a manager, on the phone who was rude and said there was nothing they could do and we would have to contact corporate. The two women behind the counter were beyond rude and began threatening us because we complained! First, their security guards were called and then they actually called out the Boulder City police. This was completely unnecessary as we did nothing but state our compaint. The girl behind the counter then said, "You can leave on the bus or in the back of a cop car!" The police came out and didn't bother to listen to our version of the story. I have since called the police department, spoken with their Sgt. and was issued an apology and told by the police we needed to pursue this until we received a full refund. He also said he was going to report the company's actions to the city's Community Director. Once the police left, we were told it would be 45 minutes to get a bus back to Las Vegas. The bus finally arrived, took us to another hotel where we had to board another bus to finally take us back to our resort. Our day began at 9:30am and did not end with them until about 8:30pm. We of course are pursuing a full refund, but do not want anyone else to have to go through what we did. It completely ruined a full day of our vacation due to their incompetence. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Please head this warning.,
