Alaska State Fairgrounds, Palmer

There wasnt anything I didnt like And I would recomend this to everyone I know. I plan on going again next year.The people were all friendly and very welcomeing.

It's only once a year and there's always something new. To avoid crowds try going on a weekday. Also look into their early bird special or food drive days for special admission prices. Don't miss the agriculture (huge cabbage), live stock (petting zoo), flowers, etc. Look around before you buy from venders (sometimes you can buy the same item for less in the next booth). Get a funnell cake or some fried cheese and have a blast!

We had a blast, the concerts were great this year and the people are always super. The rodeo was way cool, and it was nice to see everyone having such a great time. Highly recommended......

There was so much to see! I grew up in the midwest and couldn't believe all the amazing sights and sounds! This was such a fun trip! If you have never seen a head of lettuce bigger than a car, you HAVE to go! It had all the usual little pony-go-round ride for the kids. I was a little homesick until I saw all this! There's also a little "wild" touch to the place. You know you aren't in "Kansas". It's sooo incredible, the country, the people, the atmosphere! GO! SEE IT ALL!!!

It was a great time...and such beautiful artwork...the talent just flows in Alaska...true artisians.....a beautiful land....and people... Then you have the entertainment, WOW! always a smash hit... A great place for the family, for food and a total enjoyment for all... If you ever get a chance to visit the fair and Alaska, it is a beautiful state. I have many family members that live there..I always love visiting...and going fishing and collecting the artwork...

The Alaska State Fair is a place for families, friends, couples, and vistors. There are many things to do : rides, music, talent show's, food, art, singing, parties, fireworks, shows, concerts, and anything you would enjoy. I have been going to the fair since I was born, and there has never been a dull moment at the fair. I would recommened the fair if you want to have a blast, fun, and a good, exciting time. I hope you will, and do enjoy the fair.
