Orso, Anchorage

i loved the food!! it was the best ever! the people their were super duper cool! they took the plates away within seconds of being finished! it was also a GREAT deal! i enjoyed it VERY VERY much!!

The Halibut was AMAZING. The ambiance was very relaxed and romantic, the service was friendly and prompt and the food was amazing! Little bit expensive for such a small portion but what it lacked in quantity was more than made up for in quality. Highly reccommend for a special occasion like an anniversary.

The seafood mixed grill was awesome! Fresh fish, scallops, & shrimp on a skewer served with spinach and mashed potatoes...YUMMY! The ambiance was really nice: a great place to relax and enjoy a scrumptious dinner. The service was good--the waitress was nice & friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the restaurant. Prices seemed consistent with Anchorage... entrees were around $20-25.

I loved everything about the Brewhouse. I loved the service, the food was out of this world and the location was perfect. I am going to recommend this place to everyone who visits Alaska.

I like the place, in fact been there 3 times and been bringing my friends from Bush Alaska. Last time I ordered ribs and unfortunately it was tough to chew. I hope they will broil it twice nect time.

I love the waiters. They provided me with excellent service. The food was orgasmic. The music in the resturant set the mood.The enviroment was fantastic.I refuse to go to Alaska with out going to Orso.

This place was really nice! It looks really fancy and the waiters and waitresses are great! They provide excellent costumer service. They have delicious dishes such as chicken alfredo and garlic spaghetti. On some dishes such as salads, they even serve pepper onto your dish right in front of you if you so wish, or parmesan cheese on your chicken alfredo in front of you, if you so wish. All of their dishes are set up fancy. They have an excellent selection of alcoholic beverages, as well. Just for reference, though: You might want to dress a little nice, otherwise you might feel a little out of place, also Orso is a bit on the pricey side, depending on what dishes you get. Overall this place is great! I highly reccomend it to others and I'm sure I'll be going back.

The ambience at this restaurant has to be experienced to be believed. Do yourself a favor and try the delicious calamari. The wine list is extensive. The waitstaff at this restaurant definately enhance the dining experience. Their knowledge of the food and wine is extensive.

Great seafood dishes and original drinks. This place is always full so get reservations. An upscale restaurant for with reasonable prices for downtown anchorage. (Also try the Southside Bistro)

Great food and service. An alternative to the long wait time, is to be seated in the bar area. Same service and comfortable seating.
