Whale Watching Center, Puerto Vallarta

I have been many times whale watching in many countries, and let me tell tell you, with Opena Air Expeditions/The Whale Watching Center was my best day ever! They are a group of Marine Scientists who knows very good the area and the whales. Two thumbs up!! Mark Kaan

Ok, I am a big fan of the ocean, we went on several trips, and loved many of them. We went to the Marrietas, Caletas and to Yelapa. The most outstanding was whalewatching with Open Air Expeditions. We arrived in the morning and the guide gave us a brief explanation of whales. We went on board their vessel, a zodiac of appr. 21 feet. Soon the captain saw the first whale, and after that we have seen several others. We got really close and got great info of the whales by the guide. She even recognized some of the whales! Besides the captain and the guide, there was a researcher on board, all 3 were very friendly and extremely knowledgable. There was a hydrophone on board and we even heard the whales singing! We loved it so much that we went back a second time, and again, two thumbs up!!

The review of the Bloodhound was very helpful. The second one, "Do Not Miss" didn't tell us what it was we should not miss. What organization did you use? who is Isabell? What exactly was it that you did?
