Closed, Moving

Just so everyone knows. Page in the Sun has closed its doors. They will be moving onto Lazaro Cardenas in the 100 block right across from the parque. They have the space but must renovate and organize. No date of opening has been reached. There will be several outside tables but a much larger inside. Locals lament the Olas Altas closing but await the new arrival since that area needs a little kick and lift. Could be just the thing.

Went there Sunday for coffee and dessert - fantastic. Monday closed and partially gutted. Lease was not renewed ;-[

We will miss you

Tonight I feel so sad, I can belive that it is the last day that we will be able to see you all guys. Since I m in Vallarta every morning when I go to work, I see you every night I can go and relax and see a lot of Canadians there, tomorrow it will be realy strange. But I hope you will be back soon and we will all be with you.l

The coolest coffee/bookstore in PV

Every single morning during the month we spend yearly in PV, I go to the gym and then to Page in the Sun for a latte. For the next hour, I write, talk to people & think about just how special this little corner of Old Town is. Go... enjoy & try their Tres Leches cake!

This resturant also has some very good sandwiches and has a nice people watching locale.
