Cafe des Artistes, Puerto Vallarta Centro

This place is beautifully decorated and the appetizers were excellent. However, they lost power for over 40 minutes. So, we sat in the candlelit bar and ate and drank but when we were ready to go they had no plan for customers with credit cards. First of all, this restaurant isn't cheap so who is going to be carrying around $200+. The waitress offered us a complimentary glass of wine while we were waiting to leave but came back with the glasses 1/4 full!

This restaurant is very good, certainlywithin the tope 3 in Puerta Vallarta if not the best, great food, really good service, little pricing but a really nice place to go whne there. I will go back for sure. Stepheno Orlando, Fl.

Make reservations and ask for the garden if you like to be outside it is beautiful. We go there every time we go to PV it is an amazing place to relax, to eat and the atmoshere is beautiful. One of our favorite places in PV.

Beautiful surrounds, excellent food, superb service. All of this makes a very pleasant evening of fine dining.

We have been going to Vallarta for 9 years and eat here every time. The food, atmosphere, service are all outstanding, and worth every penny!

Cafe des Artistes' chef Thierry Blouet, has won twice the -chef of the year award- in Mexico, and is part of the Ma�tres Cuisiniers de France, so, in his restaurant you can expect (and receive) the best service and food you will try in a long time. If you go to Puerto Vallarta and you don't visit this restaurant you will be missing a dining experience equal to the best restaurants in Paris, only without the price.

We have been to this restaurant three times during our visits to Puerto Vallarta and it remains one of our absolute favorites. The staff is absolutely amazing and very personable; after one visit we felt like regulars when we returned. The food is art itself with chef's who bring a unique style to seafood (our favorite). The atmosphere makes the evening always one our most romantic. We love the terrace where you can watch the fireworks over the bay. This restaurant is reason enough to return to Puerto Vallarta time and time again.

Went only for drinks & live music, but we were treated famously. The staff dotes on you, they serve complimentary snacks. Art gallery atmosphere but not stuffy. Bench seating so you can cuddle while being serenaded. Would definately eat there next trip.
