This well-received restaurant focuses on fajitas, which are brilliantly prepared. Big portions and relatively low prices are gathering a legion of well-fed fans for this new dining spot. Enjoy a choice of steak, chicken, seafood, or vegetarian fajitas. The Fajitas Neptuno combines lobster, shrimp, and fish. The unusual Fajita Fondue adds cheese and a green tomato sauce to the standard fajita experience. Tropical margaritas made with fresh fruits are available to wash it all down. No reservations are accepted, and there is usually a wait at dinner.
Busy place, but usually very little wait to get in, or out as the case may be, since it is open on two sides to the streets. One can enjoy a terrific modestly priced dinner while watching the world go by. I visit FAJITA at least twice a week during the two months I find myself in Vallarta each year, and of all the restaurants here, this one has it all and is my absolute favorite
Great Mexican food.
I always visit at leat 2 times every year on our weeks vacation.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The same as their original restaurant in down town Puerto Vallarta.
Good food & drink. Affordable prices.
I very much enjoyed the dish I had of fish (tilapia) baked inside a bannana leaf with herbs and other seasonings. Some of the other offerings seemed a little white bread, but over all my wife and our friends enjoyed our meal. They were quick to bring out a couple of offerings when I asked for a more picante salsa than came out with the chips, and picante they were, hehehe.
I was also happy that they offered Bohemia beer, it is one of my favorites but not often found as it has a bit more agressive flavor profile than Corona or Pacifico.
Bottom line: good but it will be some time before I come back just because of the plethora of restaurants out there.
The tiki torches drew us in. The excellent service, large tasty portions and reasonable prices will bring us back! We enjoyed the flaming fajita presentation at the table also.
I would highly recomend that you include this restaraunt near Paradise Village in your dinner plans. Fajitas are their specialty but other delicious entrees are available on the menu.
This place is the best. Best Fajitas, BEST Margaritas, and the staff is so attentive it's amazing. My friend dropped his fork and before he could even pick it up they were handing him another one. I go here everytime I visit PV. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
