Cafe La Paloma, Guadalajara

The location is great, the coffee is delicious, and the atmosphere is amazing. I spent countless evenings with my friends and one of the best time in my student and professional life in Guadalajara. Kudos for Nacho Aldapa, the owner and all the personal. Try the blackberry cheese cake!!

I spent many an afternoon there drawing, writing, reading….or simply people watching. Cafés americanos, one too many cigarettes, and an inviting atmosphere that led to an inspiration and fevered creation, that's what La Paloma will forever symbolize to me. This place was recommended to me by a friend I met while living in Guadalajara, and it became my second home away from home during my 2 year stay, and I still kinda miss it……as it was once recommended to me, now it's my turn to pass this little treasure recommend to someone else, go... you'll leave smiling, and somehow feeling "evolved"…..even if nothing was really accomplished other than a good drink, and happy times.
