Hard rock Awful

This was a terrible restourant to visit. It gives American food and people a horrible impression. The food was undercooked and the staff under educated.

Pathetic Service & Wrong Order

Whilst on Business in Guadaljara we tried the Hard Rock Cafe, expecting a similar service and quality of food as the Hard Rock Cafe in Hong Kong. We were extremely disappointed. Out of an order for 5 people, 2 were totally wrong and one was forgotten. The final diner (myself) after complaining, eventually received my meal 25 mins after the rest of the party that I was with. The staff were generally very disorganised and not interested in the 10 or 15 customers in at the time we were (8:00pm). Hard Rock usually rocks.... Hard Rock Guadalajara is Manyana.
