Famous Fury Snorkel & Beach Party, Adolfo Lopez Mateos

This party boat was so much fun! The crew was amazing and Juan was really easy on the eyes ;-) For those first time snorkelers, they were very willing to help you out. The free drinks are also a plus. The danicng and having fun is the best part though. The water and the beach you go to is a perfect example of Cozumel. I would def. go on this trip again if given the oppurtunity!

we were in Cozumel we went on the excursion with the Fury line. It was amazing, you snorkel for 40 mins, and they teach you how, you go to an AMAZING beach for and hour, with floats, hammacks, volleyball, kayaks,ALL INCLUDED PLUS ALL exclusive drinks -Beer -Margaritas -pepsi -water -diet pepsi -sprite The crew's are amazing they take lots of pictures throughout it, but you should bring an underwater camera also, for extra fun. But all together your out for about 4 to 5 hours, while having a LOT of fun. This is a DEFINITE recommendation.

Me and my wife went on this as a "lets kill some time" trip. Little did we know what we were in for. The views of the fish while swimming was amazing. The time in the water is too short but it is made up for with lots of alcohol. Our trip turned into a full blown booze cruise as soon as we were out of the water. When you were half done with your drink they are handing you another one. Everyone was staying to themselves when the trip started but holding hands, dancing, singing and swaying together. The crew was great and it was so much better than we ever thought possible. If you like getting to know people and a quick swim, do it. If you don't drink, don't go.

The crew was very friendly and informative and I felt safe. It was a wonderful experience, if you like to be on the water and snorkle then this for you, plus added bonus private beach area with floats and chairs. I had a blast and want to do it again.

It was overall a good trip. The crew was very friendly, except for the photographer who was a bit pushy. We went yesterday, and the water was a bit choppy. I am not the best swimmer, but I felt pretty comfortable swimming. There were lots of big fish to see, but you had to look pretty hard to see the coral on the bottom. I have never had trouble with seasickness before, but the choppy water did make me nauseous while snorkeling. The private beach was nice, the food was pretty good. I found out later on that there are other snorkel trips available for $30 USD that go to 3 shallow water spots. We paid $55USD, and found out on the boat that some of the other passengers paid as little as $40USD. If you are very interested in the party atmosphere, make sure you get a more crowded boat, we only had about 15 passengers on our boat, and while it was nice, there was no party going on.

We went on the afternoon snorkeling cruise with the Fury Catamarans. The snorkeling was average, but we had a good time. The crew was fun & energetic. Great value especially if you drink, as there is open bar on board after the first snorkeling stop.

The crew goes all out to ensure a good time and everyone on our trip seemed to have a blast. The 45 minutes in the water seems to go by way too quickly. If you are a novice, you will love the snorkeling - lots of fish, many different varieties, and so easy. The downside - they make you stay close together, and there were over 100 on our boat, so we were literally bumping into each other in the water. We had rain so our beach party was a little damp, but the boat ride home was a major party, everyone drinking and dancing on the deck. Probably not for those who dislike crowds or want a serious snorkeling experience, but if you're looking for a fun time and a chance to snorkel in Cozumel this is for you!

We like the Fury once we got on. We stayed at El Cozumeleno and were told that it left at 2 be there at 1:45. Well, it leaves at 1:41 (a bit early) and we missed it running down the dock. Yes, we were on his list so do not think that means they will wait. But, not to fear, we caught a taxi to town and caught up with it at the main dock. Lesson: be early! Once on the Fury we had a very good time. Our son is 10 and enjoyed the party atmosphere and he danced like a crazy man on the way back! The private beach and the food there was very good. The food surprized us with it's quality, you learn to hope for the best and expect mediocre with any all inclusive food option, this was great. The snorkeling is OK. We did not see a lot, really hoping to see some turtles or sting rays but none. We went on the Manta the next day and they had better snorkeling and not nearly as great an atmosphere. The perfect scenerio is for the Fury to offer a shallow snorkeling experience! That we would probably do twice in a week! In a nutshell the Fury is worth your time and money! It was a great crew and vessel. Easy to get on and off of for persons of all abilities and sizes to use the facilities with ease. I only give 4 stars as we were on a snorkeling tour and that was a bit lacking in such deep water. I am sure there was great views down there 70 feet it was just harder to see than shallow snorkeling.

Okay, to start off, I did read the reviews. I was very disappointed with the snorkeling, the 30 minutes of splashing with the snorkelers and the amount of booze. I am a novice but expected more. There were 120 people crammed into a small area (we were basically on top of each other). There were three kinds of fish.... wow! I saw more fish off the beach. Too many small children kicking and flailing. I think most of our money went to the booze that flowed too freely. Too bad for that. This trip should be called "Booze, booze, catamaran, booze, beach, booze. Not something Royal Caribbean should be associated with. Sorry guys!

Excellent Snorkeling Tour, wilma is history. It has been a year and a half since hurricane wilma and cozumel and the fury are just fine. The tour and the whole island are up and running, incredible underwater formations and colorful fish. Highly recommendable. Why does this overview still mention Hurricane Wilma?? they are just fine and working every day. go check the fury catamaran snorkel and beach party tour!! - you won't regret it. cheers.
