I don't have anything bad to say. From the moment I contacted Dive House prior to the trip I felt like they had our best interest at heart. I know I asked a lot of questions. Evelyn and Isable were very patient and helpful. They have lockers available which will hold a full set of scuba gear. Locks for $5. I brought my own. I was able to rinse my gear after the dives. I didn't use the dip tank for obvious reasons. There was a fresh water shower right there so I would rinse myself and gear at the same time. there is rack to hang gear on so it can dry. We were with Victor aboard the Dive House IV. 11 Divers. We had plenty of room to move about. We were there to dive not sunbath. Fresh fruit after the dives. Plenty of water. Roberto (captain)- Carlos (surface dive master)- Raul aka David (safety diver) and Victor(lead divemaster). These guys were fantastic. Took care of our gear while aboard. Assisted us while exiting and entering the water. Never did we have to swim for the boat. Victor and Raul took great care to show us some of the marine life we may have missed. Once they realized we were not a bunch of clutz novice divers they took us to some wonderful sites. They were very aware of the location of each diver. The crew at the shop and on land were very attentive also. They checked us in and prepared us well. They carted our gear to and from the boat. We never had any issues with missplaced gear. We were able to make additional dives such as night and afternoon dives. Some divers went to the main land for the Cenote's. They set it up for us and it went off without a hitch. The only thing I would like to have changed would be the time of day we went out. It was always first thing in the morning. The sun was still low in the sky and I think it didn't give us the light to really show off the reefs. Mid morning into the early afternoon might have been better. I have and will suggest Dive House to my fellow divers. I have plans to return and will certainly plan on this as my dive operator.

The dive masters were all very knowledgable, fun, friendly, and professional. Would gladely dive with them again any day!

paid for dive package, then paid over $300 for Nitrox, for the wife and I,and a shorty wetsuit for myself for the week. They ended up renting the suite I was to use to someone else then forgetting my nitrox on one day, then forgetting our marine park wrist bands (that we also paid for in advance for the week) all in all not a good experience will not use them again.

staff was very good and friendly easiest diving you will ever do big water level platforms they back the boat right up to you when you surface drop all your gear in the water they bring it on and up you go with nothing but your suit WOW

I went there Jan '09 and did 4 dive trips with Dive House. Loved all the dive masters I went with. There was a trilingual (japanese, spanish and english) Japanese Dive Mistress who was uber patient with all the divers. Very conscientious of protecting the reefs (insisted on no knives and gloves).

Originally on boat IV. Someone on boat two complained and our group was given his boat II. No bow to sit on, no bridge area, no real shade. What was most irritating was that this one guy was able to get his way and displace ten other divers. Later in the week we were divided up for one day / much nicer boat however the crew never bothered to ask what sites we had been to and therefore we dove the same sites as the previous day.

My son and I used Dive House as we stayed at Fiesta Americana. They were very professional. Dive Masters Victor and Javier were awesome - they showed us creatures we would certainly have missed. They were very patient with my son and very safety conscious but also conscious that we wanted to have a good time too. They pamper the divers and really really try to ensure you have a great dive and see all the reef dwellers. Of course the diving is absolutely awesome.

As an instructor, I've had a chance to see a lot of dive operators in a variety of places. Dive House is the best land-based operator that I've seen. I have been especially impressed with the quality of their divemasters and the organization of their office. Alex and David really take care of their divers. They are always conscious of safety, but also know how to make each dive an enjoyable experience. They get to know the divers and go out of their way to remember each diver's personal needs. The office staff are organized, friendly, and don't lose things like some shops. Mark Rohde

Excellent Operation and Easy to Use. Dive Facility is associated with Fiesta Americana Hotel. Facility is closer to some of the Southern Dive Sites than other in town facilities. Boats are big and all have head covering.

I dove on two trips with Dive House in the past 4 years. The last trip was from 7/4/04 to 7/8/04. I have to say that they are the best dive facility I have ever dove with because of their excellent service, friendliness, and dedication to their clients. Here is an example: On the first day of diving, my husband and I surfaced after our second dive and I boarded the boat first. When I turned around to look at my husband, he had a look of horror on his face. I asked him what was wrong and he said that he had just dropped our expensive underwater camera. The boat captain helped him aboard and quickly drove over to where the rest of the group, and our Dive House dive master, Eddie had surfaced. The captain quickly told Eddie where my husband and I surfaced and told him that we had lost our camera. Eddie quickly snorkeled towards where we had been and went down. About 13 minutes later, Eddie surfaced with our camera in his hands and took our picture!! He boarded the boat and handed us the camera, and then showed us the data on his dive computer. He had gone down to 105 feet to get our camera....and after he had just finished his fourth dive of the day (the 9th in two days)!!! I just hugged him and cried with joy. Dive House really has an amazing group of professionals who will never let you down!!
