Guido's is another landmark restaurant consistently serving up good food. Guests can eat inside the small (but air-conditioned) dining room or outside underneath a giant almond tree. The specialty here is wood-fired oven pizzas, some with off-the-wall choices such as fish, squid and shrimp. The lasagna, pasta, and daily fresh fish specials served at lunch and dinner are also outstanding. Pitchers of sangria seem to the beverage of choice but soft drinks and wine are also available.
Guidos is the best restaurant in Cozumel. There bread is dilicious! It is a garlic butter pizza dough bread, so wonderful! They have great dishes, and pizza. There food is perfectly cooked, and their desserts are tremendous! They have outdoor seating in a courtyard that has flowering trees, and plants all above. It is the perfect place to eat lunch or dinner. We eat here every time we visit cozumel, and have been coming there for about 5 years now. It is right near Los Cinco Soles which makes it easy to shop, and then eat.
My partner and went to Cozumel in March 2004 with a dive group. Our first night we all ate together at Guido's and it was so good we came back on our own a few nights later--super service and wonderful food...we send our friends there on a regular basis when we learn of their Cozumel plans. The pizza is great and the pasta is good.
We have been going to Cozumel for the past 10 years. We have been eating at Guido's for about 5-6 years. We recommend it to everyone going there. The service is great and the court yard is beautiful. Food is excellent. Can't wait to go back and have some pizza and a Mexican bottled coca-cola.
My husband & I used to work on cruise ships and visit Cozumel once a week.
Guido's has the best food, and best atmosphere - particularly in the courtyard. We would often go for lunch and stay all afternoon then order dinner - it's that good!
I am a diver and I always go to Guido's place at least once if not twice during our stay in CZM. Our food is included in our hotel but this is well worth it. Food is fantastic and the ambiance is incredible. If you go nowwhere else, to here.
Not your typical pizza place. Offers a variety of great dishes.
