Mr. Sancho´s Beach Club, Adolfo Lopez Mateos

My husband and I went to Mr. Sancho's Resort last week during our honeymoon. The resort was pretty decent. The staff was very friendly and on top of all our needs/wants. They have a lot of fun activities. Some that we did was waverunner, atv's, and parasailing. We did the all inclusive package, which is all you can eat and drink (including alcohol) for the day. It was $50 a piece which we ended up coming out just about even. The food, honestly, wasn't the best. We are BIG time into Mexican food and so that was a disapointment. My husband ordered taco's and it was literally plain chicken on a flour tortilla. Very Americanized. Overall it was a nice resort.

2011/5/8, James Ballard : We wish to thanks you for the wonderful time we had at your beach. We sailed to Cozumel last Wednesday May 4,2011 on the Crown Princess. We were greeted by a warm and friendly lady running the check-in table. After a slight mix up with my Discover Card (you don't accept) everything went smoothly... I want to thank Julio, Alfredo, and of course Super MARIO. they treated us with respect and saw to our every need.. Lunch was GREAT and Drinks good... Beach out of this world... We told everyone on the Ship what a nice place Mr. Sancho's is.. We have been to Cozumel 10 times and always went to Playa Mia. But not anymore, Your place is great, beach nicer and not crowded as Playa Mia ... a real nice relaxing experience... Again Thank you and we will see you in the near future... Abolutely one of the best beaches we ever been to. Booked the AI with cozumelwatersports.com and received prompt and professional service and a great deal on the all inclusive beach break in Cozumel. Service and food were just excellent!

We went there to ride horses because part of the ride was on the beach. After arriving and getting to see the horses, we chose not to, and we left. Their horses are starved and poorly cared for, and some even have huge patches of hair missing. If these people were in America they would be charged for animal cruelty. We actually witnessed one horse, who looked exhausted, fall asleep. In the process of doing so, it dunked its head into the water trough (It didn't have much of a choice since it is tied so that the only place its head can go is up, or go down in to the trough). I might also mentino this is one of the horses they had saddled and ready to take customers on the tour..... All of the horses are tied up with about 4 ft of rope, and are forced to stand in the heat with no water (all execpt the 1 poor sap who fell asleep and dunked his face in!). They were covered in mosquitos, and looked old (which is probably being caused by lack of food and water, as well as being chomped on by hundreds of mosquitos at once). If the horses are any resemblance as to how the rest of this place is run, I would HATE to go there... much less eat their food or drink their drinks.....

Suggest the cooking class- made our own authentic mexican food then sat down and feasted on it for lunch. Lots of fun. Staff was nice and friendly.

Been to Mr. Sanchos a couple of times and every experience was great. The view is AMAZING !! Crystal clear water. The colors are unbelievable...the staff is friendly and bilingual... great assortment of water sports...decent food and drink...umbrellas and beach chairs...overall,I would highly recommend this beach club over the others because it is also free. Hey, remember, your on VACATION, so hang out awhile at Sanchos and CHILL !!!!
