One hour north of Cabo San Lucas on Highway 19, Todos Santos offers a delightful, week long end-of-summer festival. If you plan to attend, arrive early in the morning and enjoy a whole day of browsing through street-side art exhibits (the city is somewhat of an artist's colony). The streets are closed and filled with booths offering locally made leather goods, pottery and more. Enjoy the food stands full of traditional items and many carnival-style treats. The afternoons bring music and dancing that continues into the evening.
