We Charter Marisol2 For oct. 29 and 30th.Left Marina at 7:00am,went south few miles and basicaly spent whole morning in front of the old Castle on shore.Never went furher than 5 miles off shore.Four of us cougt five dorados on a live bait and finaly they run out of bait around 11:00 am (they brought 6-7).Next two hours we used jig with no result and at 1:00pm went for fifteen minute ride back to marina.That is their 8hr. $600.00 a day charter.On the way out, we told deck hand we'll give tip next day for both days. Next morning before we even left marina,captain took one of the guys a side and told him:"So you think you going to cach the fish without tiping me"?We should step off the boat right then and there but.... On the way out we stopped to get live bait and ask captain to get more than yesterday he just said that "they don't have any more".After that we just realised they actualy controling how many fish you going to catch. It has nothing to do with sport fishing or luck.I myself got 30-40lb Marlin and captain tought i'll keep it,so he started yelling it's to small ,it's not good to eat and to let it go (Their web site specificaly said that fisherman owns the fish and decided what to do with it).Finaly best for the end.One man hooked up abut 200 lb. Marlyn,got it right next to the boat and deck hand asked him is he going to keep it and soon as he said 'yes' this so called "captain" hit the throtle and he lost the fish.That tells it all. At the end we left $220.00 tip.He probably need it.
