I have been traveling to Cabo for many years. I'm a fisherman so please take this into account. I have brought my fresh fish there before with outstanding results. Wahoo cooked many ways, attentive service... However, I must say that On November 21 I took some Yellowfin tuna there for our evening meal. The waiter asked how my wife and I wanted it cooked. We told him. The food came out - the vegetables and rice were cold the fish was undercooked. - We asked to have it sent back. It came back within 2 minutes totally cold. They didn't even bother to warm up the vegs or rice. I then asked for a bottle of water. We were sitting right off the bar on the outside. The bartender got the water and my waiter ignored it. I asked 3 times and actually asked the bartender to just throw it to me. He wouldn't. As we left I asked the cashier if there was a manager there - she said no. Gosh, I guess I know what happens when you don't have management at a restaurant. Meal was terrible, my fish wasted, and just an awful experience. However, in years past I had great experience -so obviously the manager who has pictures of himself all over the wall should tend to daily details and not the past!
