Zócalo (El), El Hueso

This is the main plaza in Acapulco, an Alameda shaded by beautiful trees and ornamental plants. There is a bandstand, and on Sunday afternoons tourists and locals can enjoy free music and dance shows. Around the plaza are many craft shops, as well as Acapulco's Cathedral and some banks and travel agencies. Behind the plaza, visit the historic neighborhoods of Acapulco, and in front of it, have a look at El Malecón, where the yachts sail out every day.
