Bateau Mouche at the Old Port of Montreal, Montreal

August 2007 - The Bateau Mouche is a beautiful way to see Montreal from the St. Laurent's River. We decided to take the mid-day cruise, on which you can purchase lunch and drinks. All of the staff were very pleasant and the boat was very clean. We started on the upper, open-air deck, but moved to the lower level to enjoy lunch and to get out of the sun. Surprisingly, the view from the lower level was as good if not better than the upper level - thanks to the wrap around windows. For lunch, we ordered a tuna sandwich, which came with a small side salad; both were very good. Overall, this was a good value and a pleasant way to spend the lunch hour!
