Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Montreal

Homa used to be full of drugs but so was the Plateau 20 years ago. it took 10 years of change for the Plateau to be what it is today. Homa has been changing fore the past 5 some years now and after 3 some years, we stared really seeing big changes! Now, we see cool people on the street, very respected boulangeries, trendy restaurants that kick a lot of mile-end restaurants but, and most of all, the homa people believe in change and they have this special energy that brings them together to build a good solid future in this small part of town!

Ho-Ma is the coolest place. We have restaurants that are trying to new innovative theme for dinning, were they don't serve food. Things like this are why I love my neighbourhood. Very artsy.

Hochelaga is one of the coolest place in Montreal,the new Plateau some say, they call it Ho-Ma now,kind of northern So-Ho, you can find emergent artists, good and innovative restaurants, cafe, street art and great pieces of history.. the face of this part of the city is changing for good...
