Ending up throwing out every bra they insisted was the right fit. They didn't even get the correct cup shape with the brand I normally wear.

My wife had a really bad experience with this store. She wanted to purchase a bra for our wedding. She was a little unsure with her purchase and they reassured her that if there were any problems that they would offer her a refund. The bra cost $350. It turned out the my wife didnt need the bra after all and when she went to return it, they wouldnt refund her but offered her store credit. My wife was so upset and this was 2 weeks before our wedding. I rang and spoke with the owner and she didnt seem to care too much. I dont think that this is good business ethics and this lady didnt seem to give a damn. End of the day, this women charges for over priced underwear and doesnt care about customer satisfaction as her profits are so high. People should think twice before spending their money in this place. I would strongly not recommend this place. Owners will think twice about treating customers poorly if people adhear to these reviews and dont spend their money in their stores. Also, do you not think that the other reviews look suspicious? Cmon, do they think we are stupid "There is really no place like Avec Plaisir. They are well skilled in fit and listen well so that ......" This looks like a review that the owner wrote herself!

I went to the Cumberland location and the girl was very pushy and insistent that she could tell my size just by looking, after I walked out with a bra and panty set totalling over $500, I found it was very ill-fitting at home. The band size was a 36 when in fact I am a 30", I went back and they apparently sent it somewhere for alterations this but the bra is still ill-fitting. The following day when I was shopping at Holt Renfrew I found this same set and the bra was $100 LESS, and the panties $56 LESS. I could have just gone into Holt's and gotten the proper size for less. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend.
