Located in Commerce Court East, steps from Yonge, this is where high-tension brokers unwind after a stress-filled day at the Toronto Stock Exchange. Halogen lighting against blonde furnishings and glass walls treat the clientele to the sights of the courtyard patio. It was voted Best Restaurant Bar by 'Where Magazine'. Chef Michael Bonacini prepares mostly meat dishes, with a few offerings from the sea. Mains include an Australian Rack of Lamb, Veal, and a savoury Sea Bass.
I went here for winterlicious this January because I had heard so many good things about the restaurant, and they all turned out to be true. The food was amazing and the service was incredibly kind and attentive. I had steak with a cauliflower gratin, while my sister had coq au vin with season vegetables. Both were fantastic and perfectly proprtioned for a 3 course meal. And it got even better with the deserts, we had a chocolate torte and tiramisu. I highly recommend this place for anny occasion.
