Three strikes and we are out!

We had been back twice since the restaurant reopened, and the previous two times were not up to the original standard. We decided to give it one more chance. That was our loss. We were "scolded" by the hostess for moving to another table, (the table we were sitting at was blowing cold air on us).
The restaurant was less than half full at 7:30 on a Saturday night. She informed us that if the restaurant filled up, we had to move back. This was in a loud voice, that the people sitting next to us could hear, and were also appauled.
The food was cold, the wine was not what we had ordered, and we were never asked why we did not drink it.
We had to ask to have our water refilled, which it was with warm water.
We left early, and we will not return. This kind of attitude and lack of service is clearly not acceptable when there are many fine dining rooms in Toronto.
