What do Rod Stewart, Paul Newman, Nicole Kidman and Yoko Ono have in common? They are among those who have dined at this hip spot through the years. Little wonder; this North Toronto restaurant has won every major culinary award imaginable, including En Route's Best Restaurant in Canada, and Gourmet's America's Top Tables Award. Dishes include tried-and-true Italian specialties, as well as sushi and innovative fusion combos. Be sure to try the baked Halibut or Aussie Rack of Lamb, or if you really want to splurge, the Persian caviar.
Bad service (worst in the city) - spilled grease on me and no one apologized - even manager/owner came out just to provide excuses.
Food was overpriced and tasteless.
Some many other better restaurants in Toronto to try - don't waste your time here.
I liked the neutral colours and ambiance.
I found the food somewhat tasty. The
risotto could have been more al dente.
The baked cod could have used a sauce.
The lemon mouse tasted alittle stale.
Overall, it cost way too much for the
Dessert portions too small.
A throwback to the pretentious 80's noveau cuisine.
VERY EXPENSIVE and poor value.
Pasta dishes way too pricey.
I will not return!
