Located on lively Elgin Street, this funky cappuccino, juice, gelato and dessert bar is as colorful as the gelato it serves. Planned by an industrial designer to resemble a sherbet-colored factory, the bar offers more than two dozen flavors of homemade gelato in cones, cups, frappes and shakes —all are made with fresh fruit and Italian cream. Friendly staff, bright halogen lights and upbeat music make it impossible not to be cheerful here. Patrons can also choose from a variety of specialty coffees, fruit smoothies, biscotti, chocolates and flavored tartufo. Cash and debit cards only.
