Black Market Boutique, Halifax

I went here looking for a Tibetan singing bowl and found one for $40 less than everywhere else I've looked! And while I was there, got a really cool mask for a good price as well. Neat place! Will definitely be back

I have not been to the Black Market for years, and it was a treat to go recently. Hoping to return in the near future.

I went down there one day to purchase a 00 gauge plug for my ear, I clearly asked for a 00, low and behold I get home and check it again, its a 000. I call down because its obviously no good, they say they cannot do anything for me. Ignorance, they give me the wrong thing, DO NOT DOUBLE CHECK it, and say I cannot get my money back. Very stupid. Also overpriced.

I love the smell and the atmosphere in the black market its so inviting and friendly you would look at all the crazy things for hours and just get lost in it. Its a very unique store. Ill be going back for sure.

i totally love this store because it has something for virtually everyone!!! from little kids to classy elderlys! i also think it's really neat how they buy all their stuff from small business' in india and thailand and bali. it really helps the people living there! also the pople that work there are usually super nice and really cool! and the prices are amazing!!! also, they have some sweet new clothes which already own quite a few of. stealing from this place will make bad thinkgs happen to you in your life i think, because it's just so good! support the small business'!!!

This store offers so much variety in jewellery, clothing and accessories. I definitely recommend that anyone who goes to Halifax, MUST stop at the Black Market. If you want to find that piece that separates you from others, this IS the place, the ONLY place to shop!

i loveee the black market!! ahhhh! every time i go to halifax i have to go there because the jewelery is sooo awesome....i never wal out of that store without something...i buy ALOT of rings there:P hah LOVE the place....EVERYONE GOO!

They sell gauges for ear stretching.. but watch the size scale they use. It is wrong and can get fairly costy if you are sold the wrong size equipment. This has happened to me twice.
