Best meal I have had in years! Delicious!! I highly recommend it!

Typically, the meals we have had at LaPerla have been delicious with spectacular service; however, a recent visit (Nov9/07) was a complete disappointment. The mussels were undercooked, a real shame as typically they are one of the reasons we enjoy it here so much. Our entrees were undercooked/overcooked unedible. To add insult to injury, a large party was seated next to us - they should have been next door a the tavern as clearly they assumed everyone else wanted to participate in listening to their conversation!! Without doubt every restaurant has some problems but this was a terrible disappointment and it is unlikely we will return. Our dinner ($150) would have been better spent elsewhere - perhaps Rocco's would have been a better choice.
