True Victoria Experience!

You must go to the Bengal Lounge in the Empress for a fabulous Victoria experience. There is a wonderful curry buffet available for lunch or dinner as well as an a la carte menu. Everything is good. The atmosphere is luxurious old Victoria and the service is impeccable. This is your go to place for a special meal in the city.

we like everything,the service was great.can't ask for more...we are here for our honeymoon...what a lovely place to stay...very romantic..we cant wait to go back probably next visit this coming summer...

A treat at High Tea

I did enjoy myself with having High Tea during the lunch time. The setting was great, the service was perfect and professional. I only wish that there was more of a selection for the sandwiches. Great time, would definitely do it again.

what a great night stay

I had a great time my mom said that it was to expansive. However it is sinking slowly and i wanted to go so we saved money and went it was great and right in the heart of the city which is so cool and i loved the room we good a suite and stayed for 2 weeks. I loved it and you should go too! kiss kiss

amazing trip

service was excellent rooms comfortable and well funished, many exciting things and places to see around general area excellent retasurants in area, a great experiebce a corner stone of a good trip

Completely lacking in class and service

Do not plan a romantic weekend here. It is a cheesy tourist trap and the furniture is all broken and the service a horrendous! we has a very small room and the service was bad because the place was very understaffed. The room was very cheesy and the furnishings were broken--not antiques but sort of cheesy 80's hotel furniture.
