Lower Seymour Conservatory Reserve, Vancouver

This area is called the "Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve" not "Conservatory Reserve". The main driving entrance and public parking areas are located at 4400 Lillooet Road. To access from Lynn Valley Road you will have to cross through Lynn Canyon Park - District of North Vancouver. Foot access only in provided by a short bridge at the end of Rice Lake Road - there is no parking at this entrance. The Park office listed on Mount Seymour Road is a BC Parks office and is not related with the LSCR. The LSCR is run by the Greater Vancouver Regional District who's main office is located at 4400 Kingsway in Burnaby, however there is an operational office for the Reserve located adjacent to the main parking area at Rice Lake Gate.
