Queen Elizabeth Park
Description
This park is known as 'Little Mountain' because it sits atop the geographical high point and center of Vancouver proper. Its two sunken gardens are a colourful backdrop for wedding photos. On top of the park are lookout points to spectacular vistas of downtown and the North Shore Mountains. Couples stroll hand in hand, Tai Chi is practiced in early morning sunrises, and children laugh as they play around Henry Moore's sculpture, 'Knife Edge'. There are also tennis courts and a pitch and putt course.
