Vancouver Trolley Company (The), Vancouver

Today I had a great day in downtown Vancouver, I went for a ride on the Vancouver Trolleys. There on/off tour ride was fun as I was able to get off at stops I liked and spend time there then 40mins later I would catch the next Trolley and go to a different part of Vancouver. I spend time on 3 Trolleys with 3 different drivers and that was great as well, as the different drivers had there own spin and stories of the sites. I recommend this for families or people just looking for a good time around the city.

Scheduled (and paid for - $360) evening trip and trolley never arrived. Called for explanation, and they said they would send a taxi? Taxi never arrived. Requested refund, and was sent a box of chocolates. Total waste of our evening in Vancouver! Do not recommend.

Waited for over 2 HOURS! Trolly's did not run on time. When they finally showed up...3 of them were FULL! They finally added an overflow trolly. After waiting about an hour in Gastown, trolly's were again a no show. We wasted half our day waiting, then having to walk back to our hotel as we had spent our transportation budget for this hop on hop off trolly. I would advise taking the red bus option, as they seemed plentiful and on time. The trolly co. had alot of excuses, such as, alot of cruise ships in town, unforseen road construction, etc... The hotel did offer us a refund which we gratefully accepted. The damage, however, was done and our time in Vancouver was over. We did not get to see or do several things.
